Course Overview
Learn the basic skills in construction including health and safety, safe use of hand and power tools and complete practical tasks including the construction of a sawhorse, step ladder and builds up to more skilled tasks including the construction of a 'cubby house'.
You’ll also take part in communication, teamwork, planning and organisational skills and self-management in preparation for completion of a Pre-Apprenticeship course and employment within the industry.
